Our Story was founded on family and built from friendship with some heartbreak along the way
Jolly Media Marketing began with a simple trip to a marketing conference in London back in 2018. Daniel Jolly, accompanied by his nephew Barry and son Chris was eager to learn about sales funnels and how they could be leveraged to help businesses grow. Inspired by what they had learned, Daniel, Barry, Chris and Daniel Jr supported by Denis decided to put their newfound knowledge into action, and Jolly Media Marketing was born in January 2019.
Initially offering web development, landing page design, and lead generation services to a wide range of clients, the company quickly gained a reputation for its innovative and results-driven approach to digital marketing
In 2021, Jolly Media Marketing pivoted its focus towards lead generation, recognizing its immense potential to help businesses thrive in a rapidly changing market. Barry quickly became part of the certified google partners program and grew our client base.
In 2022, Brian joined the team, bringing with him a wealth of experience in sales and operations. Barry, Daniel and Brian continued to improve their lead generation services with a focus on including automation and CRM integration.
The company and the Jolly family suffered a huge loss later that year when Daniel passed away. However, this tragedy only served to strengthen the resolve of the Jolly Media Marketing team, and they redoubled their efforts to honour Daniel's legacy and fulfil the goals he and Barry had set out.
In January 2023, Jolly Media Marketing launched the JMM Business Suite in partnership with Go High Level, a powerful platform designed to drive lead generation and marketing automation for businesses in the renewables industry. With a commitment to honesty, transparency, and results-driven marketing services, Jolly Media Marketing continues to partner with businesses across the UK, helping them achieve their goals and grow their customer base

Barry, Co-founder of Jolly Media Marketing, started his career in mechanical engineering and achieved a diploma before venturing into sales in the insurance industry. After attending a marketing conference in London with his uncle Dan in 2018, Barry discovered his passion for marketing and decided to launch Jolly Media Marketing.
He credits his uncle Dan and father Denis for instilling in him a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a solid work ethic. With his extensive experience in marketing, consultancy (CRM), and project management, Barry brings a diverse skill set to support clients and partners of Jolly Media Marketing. He has also obtained a diploma from the Chartered Management Institute in Professional Consulting and a PRINCE2 project management practitioner certification.
His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of Jolly Media Marketing.
Meet Brian, a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of industry expertise.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked for several FTSE 100 companies, where he has honed his skills in sales, marketing, and operations. With a deep understanding of the sales cycle, Brian has successfully led teams of over 200 people in sales and marketing. As an industry expert, Brian participates in the annual Contact Centre of the Year Awards as an awards judge and is also a qualified Prince 2 and Agile PM practitioner. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any project he undertakes, ensuring its success from start to finish.
Brian joined the Jolly Media Marketing team as a Director in September 2022, after sharing Barry and his uncle Dan’s vision for growing the company into a leading software and marketing agency across the UK.
Nicola Paton is a Marketing Executive at JMM and started her career 13 years ago in the Dental sector. She is on a unique journey from dentistry to digital marketing and design.
Joining Jolly Media Marketing in April 2024 Nicola is our newest member of the team and passionate about leveraging her design skills to enhance marketing strategies, particularly for our renewable energy clients.
Meet Ben, a highly experienced digital marketing professional with over 7 figures spent on social and search engine marketing.
From starting his e-commerce brand in 2018, Ben quickly discovered his passion lay in advertising due to his data-driven, meticulous and mathematical approach to paid media. Ben then went on to obtain the title of Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the DMI shortly after.
Since then he has worked with clients all over the globe, now bringing his knowledge and experience to support clients and partners of Jolly Media Marketing.
As an industry leader, Ben teaches a digital marketing curriculum to a large charity to pass on his years of experience to people looking to get into digital marketing.
